About Reward Points

  1. Reward Points do not become available for use until 20 Day day after your order is delivered to you. This means your Reward Points remain pending for a day once your order is delivered.
  2. Reward Points remain pending in case the order is cancelled or returned.
    Pending Reward Points cannot be used as a payment method.
  3. Once your Reward Points become available (=Total Reward Points Earned - Reward Points used - Reward Points pending),
    you can use them like cash to pay for any product purchase.
