All Hagen instruments are traditionally handmade from Italian/Bosnian spruce and German/Italian maple wood that has been air-dried for at least ten to thirty years.
Our exclusive scientific technologies, developed over a course of decades, create rich and clear sound without the typical coarseness found in brand new instruments.

Our exterior varnish incorporates environmentally friendly and natural materials imported from France, and is applied with traditional hand brush varnishing techniques from Germany and Italy.

This saves you the effort of countlessly testing out different instruments before purchase. What’s more, each instrument goes through rigorous sound tests to ensure quality.

ur warranty program guarantees ten years of repair free of charge (including damage from misuse, not applicable for expendable accessories); and if you are unhappy with the sound quality, we offer a full exchange for a new instrument within the first six months.
